Outstanding English hop with a high alpha acid content, definitely suitable for an English style single hop. Used for both flavoring and bittering, it has a low content of co-humulone and high in myrcene. It gives a pleasant bitterness and a citrus aroma. Rather vigorous and productive variety. In Italy Yeoman turns out to be very resistant to heat, and to obtain exponential fragrances. Difficult to find.
