Mount Hood is a cultivar of American origin deriving from Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Popular with American craft brewers, it has similar characteristics to Hersbrucker but also to Crystal, Ultra and Liberty. Typical aroma of a noble hop. Medium early maturity.
